Your information, handled properly.
This page explains what I collect when you fill in a form on my site, why I collect it, and what you can ask me to do with it.
Who I am
This site is run by Duncan Tsen in Malaysia. If you have a question about anything on this page, email [email protected].
What I collect
When you answer a survey or book a call, I collect what you type in:
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Your answers to the survey questions, such as your work situation, your goals, and what you have tried before.
- The date and time you choose for a call.
The site also records basic technical information that every website records, such as your device type and the page you came from.
Why I collect it
- To read your answers before we speak, so the call is about you.
- To schedule the call and send you the confirmation and reminders.
- To follow up with you after the call, by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- To send you content I write, if you asked for it. You can stop this at any time.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored in a customer relationship system called GoHighLevel and in Google Workspace. Both are run by companies outside Malaysia and keep data on secure servers. I do not sell your information, and I do not hand it to anyone else for their own marketing.
How long I keep it
I keep your details for as long as we are in contact, and for up to two years after our last conversation. If you ask me to delete them sooner, I will.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you can ask me to:
- Show you the information I hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Stop contacting you for marketing.
- Delete your information.
Email [email protected] and I will act on it within 21 days.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies so the forms work and so I can see how many people visit each page. You can block cookies in your browser and the pages will still load.
Changes
If I change this policy, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
